Lee Dorgan came stumbling in to the jail house declaring that he was drunk and wanted his gun taking off him and wanted to be locked up to prevent himself from killing a man named Jim Solder. Lee knew he was drunk enough to know he wanted to kill him but was sober enough to know that he was too drunk to kill. Matt Dillon wanted to find out what the beef was between the two men.
