Rupert Barlow has been taking full advantage of Larry’s absence in Hollywood to continue his romantic campaign for Mary’s attention but now he isn’t sure he wants to continue his romantic campaign for he fears that Mary may be badly scared as a final result and this would certainly diminish his interest. Today is the first time he has failed to visit Mary and he receives a visit at home from Dr Allen.
