After the evening performance of his current Broadway play, Larry Noble and the producer of the show, Harold Ramsey, went to Harry's club, the Green Room Club, for coffee and some conversation. After nearly two hours of casual talk, Larry opened up a subject which has been on his mind ever since the young woman, who played the lead opposite him in the play, told him that she wanted to be released from her contract so that she could be married.
