A telephone call presumably from a patient interrupts a conversation between Dr Petrie and Sir Graham Guthrie. Dr Petrie leaves his visitor asking him to wait his return. The phone call seems to be false and on his return home Dr Petrie finds Nayland-Smith awaiting him and Sir Graham is vanished.
