Chuck Morgan had the dubious pleasure of participating in a full-scale revolution about a month ago and it made a good story. Pappy Mansfield owner of Radio Station KLP in LA where Morgan works as a newscaster is a showman in the first order and when he heard rumors that Ramona Escobar faction in the tiny South American Republic of Purano was going to attempt to overthrow the Leopoldo Delos Rio regime he contacted a radio station in the capital city and arranged for Morgan to be able to report the story from there back to the USA.
