Yesterday, Danny made a decision. A decision that may influence his future, the future of Phyllis his wife, and the future of Mary and Max Sanders. It was up to him to tell Mr McGraw the prosecutor, whether he felt that Max was working for the mob, or against them, in the gambling syndicate. At the last moment, however, Danny admitted to the district attorney that he believes Max to be innocent.
