Preparation for the trial mail run in which the Green Valley Line is to compete with CKMW for the mail contract are just about complete. In spite of its shorter line, the odds are against the Green Valley. All over the west the sympathy is on the side of the little railroad. Bill Reid is out to win against his fathers company. The old 1010 is out of the shop all tuned up for action just returning from a trial run over the West End.
