Lightning Jim and Whitey have stayed overnight at Beeville, a small cattle town en route to Anderson, and early in the morning have decided to pay a friendly visit to the Sheriff before pulling out. As they near the Sheriff's office, the door is suddenly opened and the Sheriff dashes out. He's received a telegram with important news!
