George Valentine went on his vacation to catch fish only instead he pulls from the river the body of a midget. He meets a woman who calls herself the Empress of Fish Falls, a woman who pretends to have been a great lady of the circus, a woman who tells you to pedal your favors. George Valentine gets a real authority in the circus world to wire him and he tells him that he’s never heard of anyone of her name. George begins to wonder and check her out…
