Luigi has been saved up $40 to have a surprise party for Rosa and invites all his friends for an Easter feast. However Pasquale has plans of his own for Easter, which only involve Luigi and Rosa, and to stop Luigi from having a party he takes his $40 for the rent Luigi owes him.
