Ace Williams and his young American friend Dick Holt went to Valencia to interview the eccentric Spanish politician Don Carlos Domingo. The purpose of the interview was to obtain information concerning 'The Tunis Terror', an international organisation of anarchists. But instead of aiding Ace Williams, Senor Don Carlos Domingo challenged him to a duel. Ace Williams is a dead shot with a newsreel camera, but to use his own words, he "can't hit a barn door with a pistol".
