A long distance call came for Fibber while he was downtown this morning. Molly took the message and tells Fibber that it was an old school friend called Clifford Parker who was going to drop in on them at two o'clock. Only Fibber can't remember any school friend by the name of Clifford Parker. When he does remember he decides it's not anyone he wants to spend an afternoon with so he takes Molly out to Walt's Shop for lunch. When they return home and discover something in the newspaper Fibber regrets ducking out on Clifford.
