The influence of Diogenes Smith lingers on in Pine Ridge. The other day while cleaning out the feed room the old fellows ran across the printing press that the now reformed Diogenes used in his counterfeiting business and immediately Lum decided they should take up printing as a side line. Now Lum is showing Abner his first effort in printing some statements for the store.
