The city of Wistful Vista has a brand new shiny medical building and Doc Gamble is thinking of moving his office there. He's asked Fibber and Molly to come and see it and let him know what they think. They arrive at the building ten minutes late but then are even later, to see the office in the tower above the twelfth floor, after spending thirty-five minutes riding the elevator.
