Well It looks like everyone even Squire Skimp is out to win the $10,000 that Diogenes Smith has offered to the most honest, kind, generous and helpful person in the community. However the good citizens seem to be spending most of their energies not on trying to attain these virtues but on trying to discover the names of the five secret deputies, which Diogenes has appointed to help observe and report on the townsfolk.
