Lum and Abner are certainly having their troubles over the chain letters they started in Pine Ridge. Just as the Hogs and corn were pouring in from all sections of the country they learned that it is unlawful to start these letters as it comes under the head of using the mail to defraud. Well now the old fellows are doing their best to give the hogs back to those who sent them.
