Carlo Martinello, a restaurant owner calls Candy Matson with a strange request for help. He needs her to get rid of a dead body he found in his refrigerator this morning. He doesn't want the police involved as he runs a respected business and is afraid it will affect his reputation. Mr Martinello has no idea who the dead man is or how he got there or why he is wearing a devil's costume. For two thousand dollars she agrees to help Martinello. A trip to the Opera with her friend Rembrandt helps her solve this case.
