An outwardly mild, humble little man inwardly burns for glory, and as he sees it, the road to fame lies in destruction. He blows up one building, burns down another, then sends the police a note threatening to destroy the entire town at one fell swoop. Weston racks his brain to think of how this could be done, for without that knowledge he cannot take effective measures to prevent the town's destruction. Enter Margo and Lamont, with predictable results.
