There was a picture of Al Kenny the racketeer in the newspaper and Ed was surprised as he read the story in the paper that Al Kenny was going on trial for murdering a man a few months ago on June the 5th at around 11 am. Of course he had a usual racketeer alibi but Ed recognized him as the man that bumped in to him in the hotel foyer when he was there on business and he realizes it must have been right after the killing.
