Paul claimed he had been framed and had been in Jail for embezzlement for the last two years but he was prepared to just sit out his sentence. But Marty his roommate wasn’t going to let Judge George Barto get away with the life rap he’d given him, he was planning to escape. But when Marty told Paul that his girl friend Peggy Sanders was Judge Barto’s ward and she was going to marry his step brother Edwin next week Paul wanted in on the escape plan.
