It is 11.30 pm on the night of January 26th 1947 at the ranch house of Chester Gentry in Reeves County Texas when his stepson Will walks in. His son has gotten in to some gambling debts and for the past two months Tovitch has been bleeding them dry. Chester decided enough was enough.
