Death begins at forty five and so far a forty five has killed two men, Rocko Banyon a big time gangster and Dr Huntley Reed a most dignified physician in the peaceful suburb of River Vista. George Valentine knows that this one won’t be easy to tie together as there is no more connection than between the houseboat on which Banyon was killed and the barge which Dr Reed is supposed to have visited two days earlier.
