A father can’t be too careful not where his daughter is concerned, that’s what fathers are for so Cathy’s father insists on meeting his daughter Cathy’s boyfriend Jerry to see if he lives up to his expectations and is worthy of dating his daughter. Of course he isn’t but then probably no one in a father’s eye is worthy of dating his daughter.
