After a fight broke out at Duffy’s Tavern the bank planned a visit to cancel the lease, which means that Duffy’s might have to close down. The tavern has been denounced as a dive, a place where they were always having riots and fights and had become a letdown to the neighborhood. Archie begs them to give him one more chance so he has an idea to give the place some class they’d hire Arthur Treacher to be the front man.
