Miss Spalding arrives late to class as she has been at a school conference and has some news, which concerns all of the class. The school board has decided to try a new idea so once every three months they are going to hold a gigantic city class meeting and this Friday is going to be the first one to be attended by over ten thousand pupils. They have asked Miss Spalding to select one of her pupils to be the speaker for the evening and she selects Luigi to speak about what freedom means to him.
