Tonight's FBI file begins in a large downtown district of a large eastern city. A fashionable beauty parlor is closing for the day when one of the hairdressers approaches the table of a new blonde manicurist. She wants the manicurist to pry information from her customers about who is going on vacation, so that she can sell the tip on to some undesirables.
