Countess Rackendorff was a spy for the White Army during the Russian Revolution. She was captured by the Red Army and sentenced to death by firing squad. On the day of her execution, she was rescued by a group of White Army soldiers. The soldiers disguised themselves as Red Army soldiers and infiltrated the prison. They then overpowered the guards and rescued Countess Rackendorff. The Countess was taken to a safe house, where she was hidden from the Red Army. She eventually escaped to the West, where she lived the rest of her life in exile.
