Corpse in the Cab

That night two guys hailed Shorty’s cab and ask him to drive through the park then one of the guys, Ramsey asks him to pull up so he can get out. He asks him to drive the other guy to the precinct police station and it wasn’t until Shorty looked round that he noticed the other guy was dead.
There is some jitteriness after about 5 minutes but this abates at 10 minutes.
