It's 1:47am, 28th October, on Market Street, Johannesburg. Mr and Mrs Harold Frear, having left a nightclub in the vicinity are walking east to where their car is parked. Harold wants to show his wife a fishing reel in the window in a store a little further along from where they're parked. There's someone in the store, so Harold decides to knock and ask how much the reel costs, only to realise that the people inside the store aren't working there, they're burglars!
