There's never been a time in the long history of the nation, when there was so much money in circulation, as there is at the present time. When you have that situation it is a given that you will also have a proportion of the population, trying to get their hands on some of that money, illegally. Some will take a gun and stalk the highways, robbing stores, gas stations, people in automobiles. Some will break into homes. But there is one special brand of criminal who uses cunning to stalk his prey carefully, with elaborate plans to separate their victim from his or her wealth.
