A collection agency is after Riley, they’ve been hounding him for months for no good reason, just because he owes them money. He owes them $42 for an oil painting he bought over two years ago which he didn’t even take as it didn’t look anything like him.

Later Chester and Peggy get invited to dinner by Babs’s boyfriends father who is in town to check on the local branch of his collection agency business!
