The two part Case of the Cold Blooded Professor has all the elements of a good drama, the secret cellar that hid the mysterious inventions of a calculating killer the dark patches on the square film that indicated the suspect would visit a certain type of store and the hit and run victim who used a leg hook and kick to catch the carrier of vitriolic acid off guard.
