It’s 1942 and Harry Lime has returned to New York as he’d heard that an old and important enemy of his wanted to see him. He went to the hotel where he was staying supposedly incognito and made himself available at the bar. It was some time and many drinks later that he was approached at the bar by a women who told him that he was the only one who could save him – his old enemy Governor James Hadley.
