Eddie’s Christmas Eve program, and he dedicates all his half hour show to a little girl called Laura Anthony, who had sent in a request to have just one song, sung for her 14th Birthday. He took her on a radio reminiscence journey through the years since she was born in 1939. Throughout the entire program he calls upon various well known singers to highlight certain years. He chose his singing personalities well, they included Frank Sinatra, Helen Traubel, Arthur Godfrey and Mario Lanza.
