The first major trouble resulting from the proposed Wonderful World Apartments has arisen. Cedric in an effort to establish a residence for himself so that he’ll have something to trade for a new apartment has put up a tent right in front of the Jot ‘Em Down store and there’s nothing that Lum and Abner can do about it as they once sold Cedric this little strip of land to help he get a library card. And now Cedric has put up a clothesline and hung his washing up right in front of the store.
