Sandy and Gregory are driving over the San Francisco Bay Bridge when an erratic driver swerves across the lane in front of them before pulling up next to the railing. At first they think he's going to commit suicide by jumping off the bridge, but then they realize he's dying from a suspected heart attack, but all is not as it seems. On the way to the doctors Sandy discovers a capsule of cyanide on the body of the corpse, but things become even more mysterious when they arrive at the doctors.
