Insurance investigator Johnny Dollar investigates a serious matter of a policy on a line of pleasure boats for a West coast sales agency called the Arrowcraft Cruisers. Within the past two weeks three of them have sunk with no survivors. There's a liability clause, next of kin in each case is bringing a suit for nearly a million dollars. But why would an otherwise trusted cruise boat suddenly start sinking. Johnny Dollar knows there has to be some reason.
