Sergeant Matthison of the homicide squad is one of Nick's best friends but it isn't a social call that brings Matti to Nick's office this morning. A man with a tattooed blue and red cobra tattooed round his thumb has been fished out of the East river this morning and Matti recognizes him from the tattoo as a man who was supposed to inherit 3 million dollars and who was supposed to have died in a concentration camp. Nick Carter wants to speak to the man George Davis who is next in line to inherit the 3 million bucks.
