Doc wanted to talk to Matt about a nice man named Cain Vestel who was a musician suffering from consumption. Doc had to tell him that he will be dead in a couple of months. Cain was supposed to be leaving for Arizona the next day so Matt was curious when the next day he didn't leave on the stage and asked Chester to teach him how to use a sixgun.
