Daddy is waiting for a street-car, since his auto-mobile is being serviced and he needs to take Baby Snooks down-town to buy her a pair of new shoes. Snooks isn't overly impressed with their little trip on the street-car, but there's plenty for Snooks to observe - after all, isn't people-watching great fun!
