Matt and Chester discover a wagon on fire and stray bullets being fired from the wagon by the fire. When they manage to get a closer look they discover a new army Carbine Rifle on the ground, which has never been fired. Nearby they discover the dead body of a man shot in the back and some women’s belongings strewn around.
