Connie Lamont was a chorus girl who had been in the line of the best Broadway hits for the last five years. But her first real break was a good spot in the speciality number in the new show Merry-Go-Round which was expected to run at least a year. Things changed for Connie on the opening night of the show when her sister turned up.
