Marshall Matt Dillon and Chester have gone to the funeral to pay their last respects to Packie Rowntree. Matt asks Doc if he has ever heard of the doctor named Sterns who signed the death certificate. Something didn’t sit right with the Marshall and he asks the reverend if he can open the coffin and take a look at the corpse. When they open the coffin they discover nothing but some straw and a bunch of rocks.
