Captain Kennelly is working the night tour of 4pm to 8am, but has come into work early today to tie up a few loose ends. When turning out the platoon today, the most important instructions concerned a series of armed robberies of liquor stores which had been plaguing the detectives and control forces of all of the precincts. The two armed men had hardly missed a night, and had racked up 19 robberies so far, and the men didn't look like they were ready to quit just yet.
