A movie theater is having some trouble with the local kids and Captain Kinnelly is reassuring the manager that his men will keep a special eye on the place when the evening quickly takes a turn for the worse. A payroll clerk is robbed at gunpoint and Kinnelly and his men put the machinery of detection into action to find out what happened... what really happened, and perhaps the manager of the movie theatre is the man to help.
