It's late afternoon now in Seacliff, San Francisco, and at the home of Hazel Barbour-Murray, three blocks down and two blocks over from the family home, Pinky is just coming into the kitchen with one of the dishes the Barbour family all seem to be sharing, which he has brought from his grandmothers. Hazel is just putting the finishing touches to an apple pie, and chastises Pinky about being rude to Elwood Giddings a few days prior.
