The wheel of fate turns slowly, but once again it has completed one turn full circle. Sixteen years ago, circumstances brought together the small, eager eight year old orphan Teddy, and Paul Barbour. For fourteen years, she was Paul's daughter, until she became a graduate nurse and enlisted with the American red cross for European service.
