China town is beginning its New Year celebrations and today the dragon parades thought the town while peoples give their gifts of money. Johnny Lee has a replica of the dragon, which he keeps the money in. When Johnny Lee disappears along with the money, and they find the hatchet man murdered Lamont Cranston, long time friend of Johnny Lee doesn’t know what to think.
