Bold Venture Is Stolen The

The Bold Venture is stolen and used as a getaway in a robbery at the Tomosino Refinery. The following day the night watchman finds out that Slate Shannon owns the Bold Venture gets in touch with him and threatens to expose him unless he gives him half of the money taken in the robbery. And, he’s not the only person approaching Slate for half the takings in the robbery he’s supposed to have committed. When the boat finally does turn up there is a dead body on board.
