This show coincided with Truman being returned to the White House for a second term so you can guess what topic a lot of the humor consists of. Helping Bob with his special type of comedy are the lovely Doris Day and Bill Farrell. Any show that boasts vocalists as good as those two has to be a good one, but when you add the final ingredient in the shape of Bob's special guest, Jack Benny, then what more could you wish for.
